In 2006 Bob and I stood in a big empty Field after we had been approached to see if we were interested in using it for Dog Training. We stood there mulling it over and decided we would give it a go. Field of Dreams Dog Training School was born. A decision we never regretted, adding the adjacent field as the business grew. We had been in the Dog world with our Border Collies competing in Agility since 2000.

I trained in Dog Obedience and in particular Dogs with issues. It took me three years of studying. I qualified in amongst other things training pet dogs and hold a Diploma in Dog Psychology with Distinction. I have attended many courses to keep me up to speed. I have competed in Agility to Grade 7. Competed at Crufts in Flyball. I also did Hoopers.

Bob took on the agility side and was hugely successful creating world champions. We have been overseas to Australia Bob training the Australian Team out there and I helped out.

The Field of Dreams was our Dream and have loved every minute.

With Bob’s passing I am continuing without him by my side but people still believe in dreams and just want what is best for their Dog. Many reaching their goals of success whatever their chosen field for their Dog. It’s just so rewarding to see Dogs blossom. Many owners keep coming back with their new Dogs often after their dog/dogs have passed away or just got elderly.

We get so many recommendations which makes what we do so worthwhile.
